Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Summit Medical and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
