Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Harbor Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Tucson serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
