Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Junction Insurance Group is an insurance company in Tucson with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
