Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Harbor Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on partner integrations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
