Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Bright Financial Group and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
