Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Glen Banking Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
