Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fern Banking Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
