Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Care Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of about 461 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
