Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Fernwood Birch Care Services supports families and individuals in Tucson with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
