Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Financial Group and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
