Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Bright Rook Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
