Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Redstone Lantern Pharma is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
