Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Stonegate West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Phoenix. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on partner integrations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
