Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Providence serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of about 567 people based in Providence. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
