Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Quarry Banking Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
