Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Corner Insurance and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
