Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Umber Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
