Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen Meridian Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of about 404 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
