Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Oakland with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around client records and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
