Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Memphis, TN)

Nova Linden Banking Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
