Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Loom Pharma develops and makes medicines in Little Rock, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
