Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Kansas City, MO)

Bright Drift Facilities is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 652 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
