Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Birch Care Services Partners and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
