Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Lantern Insurance is an insurance company in Jackson with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
