Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Cobalt Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on partner integrations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
