Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Amber Insurance is an insurance company in Grand Rapids with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
