Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (El Paso, TX)

Summit Linden Banking Services Group is a regional lender in El Paso with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on partner integrations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
