Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Detroit, MI)

Northwind Pike Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Detroit. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on partner integrations. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
