Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Boise, ID)

Cedar Amber Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
