Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak North Medical is a Baltimore company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
