Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Kestrel Financial and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of about 391 people based in Austin. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
