Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Summit Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Anchorage. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
