Senior Product Manager - partner integrations (Albuquerque, NM)

Clearpath Lantern Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Albuquerque, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
