Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Wichita, KS)

Bright Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Wichita, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
