Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Cross Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 625 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
