Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Cobalt Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
