Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tucson producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
