Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Birch Care Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 961 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around client records and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
