Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Lakeside Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Tucson with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
