Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood North Pharma Group and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
