Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Hollow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Savannah, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
