Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Iron Insurance is an insurance company in San Jose with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
