Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (San Jose, CA)

Summit North Pharma is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting.
