Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Pine Financial Partners is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
