Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Birch Care Services Group and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
