Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Rochester, NY)

Nova Ridge Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Rochester, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
