Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Wilder Insurance and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 267 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
