Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Labs provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Rochester, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
