Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Rochester, NY)

Summit Junction Insurance is an insurance company in Rochester with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
