Senior Product Manager - onboarding flows (Rochester, NY)

Fernwood Meadow Insurance is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting.
